For the past several years, the primary focus of Union Bank’s business plan has been to increase its market share among private clients, including the mortgage sector. Í febrúar 2007, Union Bank launched a revolutionary marketing strategy: “Your First Second Bank,” an intensive recruiting effort to attract new clients by motivating them to open a second bank account at Union Bank. In the past three years, Union Bank has opened 12 new branches that specialize in private clients and focus on areas where banking services are deficient. These branches offer extended opening hours, including Fridays, as opposed to the large banks, which are all cutting down their opening hours and shutting down branches on Fridays.

This investment center was opened two years after the inauguration of the first Igud Premium in Ramat-Gan. These private banking centers, which boast the most advanced technological systems, offer the highest possible level of customer service based on professionalism, flexibility, and discretion.
